Refund and Replacement Policy

You are entitled to request a replacement within 7 days. Refunds are not applicable under this policy.

The deadline for requesting a replacement is 7 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of replacement, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Conditions for Replacement:

To ensure eligibility for a replacement, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
  • The goods are in the original packaging.
  • A video of unsealing the package is made. If the goods are received damaged, this video will make it easier to process the replacement request.

The following goods cannot be replaced:

  1. The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  2. The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be replaced, for example, goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  3. The supply of goods which are not suitable for replacement due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  4. The supply of goods which, after delivery, are according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse replacements for any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Additional Conditions:

  1. Any complaint about the product must be made within seven days of receiving the goods.
  2. All claims are subject to Gyanpur Jurisdiction.

Returning Goods:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Goods should be sent to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. Replacements will not be processed without receipt of the goods or proof of their return delivery.
